Franklin Industries Inc. is an industry-leading expert in timber frame and log home restoration. While based in British Columbia, Franklin Industries takes on a wide variety of projects across the world.

Owned by Chris Franklin, Franklin Industries Inc. is a privately held company. Chris Franklin has extensive industry experience as an industrial painter with experience working on bridges and other large structures.

Chinking: Franklin Industries uses high-quality acrylic latex and polyurethane chinking material. This process, used with other traditional or compatible products, will seal up any cracks or holes that may have developed over time. Our chinking process is ideal for both the interior and exterior of your home. Our goal is to add beauty to your home and reduce future maintenance costs and increase its lifespan.

Staining and Fine Finishes: When possible, Franklin Industries uses water-borne products that are environmentally friendly. Our coatings are low VOC compliant. However, we will also use many other fine finishing products such as spar varnish, Danish oil, tung oil, teak oil, lacquers, polyurethanes and others. The goal is to attain beauty and most importantly, longevity from your finish.

Restorations: Franklin Industries will restore your timber frame and log home floors, decks, windows, doors, and ceilings. Our team of seasoned professionals will focus on rot, mildew and corrosion inhibition and removal of old stains and lacquers. These restorations will prevent further damage to your log home and seriously lengthen the lifespan of your newly beautiful log home.
